All you need to know about our delivery of parts and wholegoods.

Overview

  • No deliveries are made on a UK Bank Holiday.
  • Delivery can only be made to mainland Great Britain addresses.  For orders outside of mainland UK, you would need to contact the relevant department first.

Parts Deliveries

Delivery will only be made to the address as stated in your original order and they will not be left without a signature.

Title of the product will pass to you once you have received the goods and we have received full and cleared payment.

Parts deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday only, although some couriers will deliver at weekends.

It is important that you supply the correct information regarding your delivery needs to enable us to ensure you receive the correct service. All delivery lead times shown on this website are estimated and generally cover working days only.

It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in your premises. Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for them. You must inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery document if there are any shortages or damages. If you have not received all of your order or an item is damaged, and you have not noted this on the delivery document, it is then your responsibility to inform us within 7 days for shortages or 48 hours for damages, from delivery. We will not accept responsibility for goods reported as missing or damaged if the delivery document has been signed by yourself and no note has been made. A replacement item would normally take as long to deliver as a new order.

If you are reporting goods as delivered damaged, digital images of the damage will be required. We are unable to process any damage claims without images.

We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery, however we will not accept liability for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.

Machinery Deliveries

Machinery can be delivered via our own transport or you can arrange, at your own cost, collection of your machinery.

If collecting using a third party, this must be confirmed to us in writing stating the company name that will be collecting and that date and expected time of collection. If using a third party, we may contact you to confirm collection, as we will not release the machine without having all the details of the third party for your own security.

If we are delivering your machinery, we will agree a suitable day and approximate time so that you can take delivery of the machine.

We will require a signature on delivery. Therefore, if we arrive on the correct date and expected time and there is no-one to accept delivery, then we reserve the right to return the machine to our premises and still charge for the journey and re-charge for having to re-book a new delivery date/time.

When taking delivery, please ensure that the person accepting delivery is authorised to do so and follows the advice of our delivery personnel for your own safety. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of your staff to follow any safety advice that our delivery personnel instruct during delivery.
