Important information regarding the Coronavirus Outbreak.

 

UPDATE: 19/11/2020:

 

We are pleased to announce that our Sutterton depot will now re-open with skeleton staff at 8.30am tomorrow morning, Friday 20th November 2020.
 
We have followed advice from Public Health England to ensure that the site has been properly rested and sanitised. This has been achieved by a deep clean of the site followed by disinfectant misting of all offices and open spaces.
 
You will be pleased to hear that all of our infected staff are recovering well and will only return to work when they have isolated and have fully recovered in line with Public Health England guidelines.
 
All of our Service Technicians at Sutterton have tested negative for Covid-19 but due to NHS Track & Trace rules they will not all be back at work until Thursday 26th November 2020.
 
Until then please be patient and we will continue to support breakdowns from our other sites until that time.
 
Our temporary Sutterton opening hours will be as follows:
 
Friday 20th November 2020 – 08:30 to 17:00
Saturday 21st November 2020 – Closed
Monday 22nd November 2020 – 08:30 to 17:00
Tuesday 23rd November 2020 – 08:30  to 17:00
 
We continue to work closely with Public Health England and NHS Track & Trace to ensure that our staff, their families and our customers remain safe whilst on all of our premises. Please remember to wear a face mask, sanitise your hands and maintain a social distance when you visit us.

UPDATE 16/11/2020:

 

Unfortunately we have had to close our Sutterton depot for a minimum period of 48 hours due to Covid-19 cases within our team.
 
Please note that our other depots at Wrangle, North Kyme, Louth and Brigg are unaffected and are still able to provide both service and/or parts support for you.

UPDATE 23/07/2020:

 

As you are aware, the Government have made it compulsory to wear a face mask in all supermarkets, corner shops and other retail outlets.

To protect our staff and yourselves, please ensure you wear a suitable mask when entering any of our depots to collect parts, etc. from Friday 24th July.

If you do not have a mask, unfortunately you will be refused entry.

If you have any questions please contact your relevant depot for clarification. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

UPDATE 26/03/2020:

 

Because of the continuing COVID-19 situation we are currently only able to support Agricultural accounts customers only.

Where possible please telephone your order before coming to pay and collect. This applies to all of our depots.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT CASH.

Credit/Debit card or account payments are accepted only.

There will be discretional access to the buildings. All ordered parts will be brought to the front door for you to collect.

UPDATE 24/03/2020:

 

The Prime Minister has announced that all non-essential businesses must close to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We will continue to provide full parts and service support for our Agricultural and Food producing customers who are currently experiencing a seasonal peak in establishing food crops which will be essential over the next few months.

Our sales team members continue to be available to discuss the supply of machinery.

Please be aware that there may be delays in obtaining certain parts due to disrupted supply chains.

Until further notice we are only able to supply essential agricultural equipment. We await official confirmation regarding the supply of goods and services to other sectors.

Please remember that we all need to continue to follow safe distancing guidelines when interacting with each other.

 


 

As the Coronavirus outbreak continues to escalate we can advise you that we will remain open for business by putting in place measures to help safeguard our staff and customers, many of whom are within the critical industry of food production and are now into their peak cultivating and planting period.

If you require service or breakdown work please contact your usual aftersales team member, who will arrange for this to be carried out as quickly as possible. If you require parts please contact us in advance, if possible, so those parts can be made ready for collection to minimise your time in our depots.

Our sales team members will continue with visits and demonstrations but will confirm in advance with you that the visit can proceed.

Our Goodacres produce handling business and both of our hire fleet enterprises also remain fully functional at this time, as does our Groundcare department.

Could we please ask that all of our customers follow Government guidelines on best practice with regards to hand washing and social distancing when visiting our Depots.

 

 

We are keeping our business open to support the farming community and our wider customer base, however we expect to experience some delays in our manufacturer supply chains for parts or machinery.

We will keep you advised as the situation changes.
