Important information regarding the Coronavirus Outbreak.
As you are aware, the Government have made it compulsory to wear a face mask in all supermarkets, corner shops and other retail outlets.
To protect our staff and yourselves, please ensure you wear a suitable mask when entering any of our depots to collect parts, etc. from Friday 24th July.
If you do not have a mask, unfortunately you will be refused entry.

Because of the continuing COVID-19 situation we are currently only able to support Agricultural accounts customers only.
Where possible please telephone your order before coming to pay and collect. This applies to all of our depots.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT CASH.
Credit/Debit card or account payments are accepted only.
There will be discretional access to the buildings. All ordered parts will be brought to the front door for you to collect.
The Prime Minister has announced that all non-essential businesses must close to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
We will continue to provide full parts and service support for our Agricultural and Food producing customers who are currently experiencing a seasonal peak in establishing food crops which will be essential over the next few months.
Our sales team members continue to be available to discuss the supply of machinery.
Please be aware that there may be delays in obtaining certain parts due to disrupted supply chains.
Until further notice we are only able to supply essential agricultural equipment. We await official confirmation regarding the supply of goods and services to other sectors.
Please remember that we all need to continue to follow safe distancing guidelines when interacting with each other.
As the Coronavirus outbreak continues to escalate we can advise you that we will remain open for business by putting in place measures to help safeguard our staff and customers, many of whom are within the critical industry of food production and are now into their peak cultivating and planting period.
If you require service or breakdown work please contact your usual aftersales team member, who will arrange for this to be carried out as quickly as possible. If you require parts please contact us in advance, if possible, so those parts can be made ready for collection to minimise your time in our depots.
Our sales team members will continue with visits and demonstrations but will confirm in advance with you that the visit can proceed.
Our Goodacres produce handling business and both of our hire fleet enterprises also remain fully functional at this time, as does our Groundcare department.
Could we please ask that all of our customers follow Government guidelines on best practice with regards to hand washing and social distancing when visiting our Depots.
We are keeping our business open to support the farming community and our wider customer base, however we expect to experience some delays in our manufacturer supply chains for parts or machinery.
